marvellous location and astonishing breakfast. we loved the room, it was large. walking distance to greens and grains, where you can have lunch.

We would go back in flash, the venue met every demand. Kemptown neighbourhood deserves to be explored. Within 10 mins walk to prince albert and right by other tourist sites. We loved the pool...
